Yes, absolutely.

The user guide chapter on fonts covers how to add them. As long as
you are using a custom font with one of the registerXXX function
calls, (and not just the font name "Times-Roman", "Helvetica" or
"Courier") then the font will be embedded within the PDF file when it
is created.
