I agree. Please find attached some code that should be taken
only as a proof of concept. It works, but it's not by any means
as clean as I'd like it to be. But right now I'm lacking the
time to make it more beautiful, so it's still very close to the
original test file.

It shows a grid in the TOC only in order to make quicker eye-
ball checks of the table.
