I'm certainly interested in right justified numbers, and I'd say that this belongs in the general release. (As a default: this is how TOC's normally look)

And that's exactly what I did now. If anybody is interested in the
code I'll end it upon demand. I don't want to spam this list too
much with TOC related stuff, since the number of people interested
seems to be quite limited.
