I've got a problem with the RTF and accented characters, but if I choose
Times instead of Helvetica it seems to work.

I suggest that you don't use RTF but structured text instead, should
work everywhere and allows text enhancements anyway. Some info
on STX can be found here :

of course it also works outside of Zope.

I'll try to do it today.

I wasn't able to see these strings because they seem to begin with
non-ascii characters and my editor broke.
