[DogParkList] Shift, Control, Option & Command modifiers added to VFO Stepper.

Just a note, hopefully a helpful note, regarding "Spaces" and the  
"control" key modifier.

If you have Spaces enabled the default Spaces control keys are  
"control" plus the "up, down, left and right" keys.  This will cause  
you to get a new "Spaces" screen when using the new VFO Stepper  
"control" modifier key.  Just turn off Spaces or change Spaces to not  
use the control key.
