[Scons-dev] pip install scons

HI guys,

What is the status of pip install of SCons. I been trying to integrate this with Parts, as well use it for some other projects via automating a pip install. On windows and Linux I am having failures.

Is anyone else seeing these issue, or is this known to not be stable?
