[Scons-dev] New SCons website

Hi there,

just a few more suggestions for the menu structure, after having played 
around with the new site`s layout a bit more:

1.) In "Community" add:
   - How do I contribute? ( 
https://bitbucket.org/scons/scons/wiki/HowToContribute )
   - SCons Goodies shop ( http://www.cafepress.co.uk/scons , not fully 
functional again, yet)

2.) In "Development":

   - Correct second link to "Developer's Guidelines" in "Development" 
page (6th paragraph).
   - Remove subpage "SCons developer's guidelines"
   - Add "How do I start hacking on code/docs?" ( 
https://bitbucket.org/scons/scons/wiki/DeveloperGuide/Introduction ) 
instead.

3.) In "Links":
   - Add "SCons on OpenHatch" ( 
https://openhatch.org/search/?q=&project=SCons )


I understand that all the info and links are already there, basically. 
But putting them right in front of new users shouldn't hurt, right? :)
