[Scons-dev] Mini announcement: v2.4 is near...

I almost wonder whether its related to the Ubuntu rpmbuild setup, since
rpmbuild is native to the RHEL (fedora, CentOS) systems, but Ubunut
(Debian, etc) use apt and dpkg.
