Why don't we agree to move to 2.6 at the very least. We can always move up to 2.7 later if this proves to be better.


>From my point of view the only reason 2.7 is better is that some libraries are back ported better here, than 2.6. This however is only an issue if we use them, and only if there is no workaround.
