We have our own repository with over 200 projects in it for customers,
which we have used for the last 16 years.  The reportlab code was already
being mirrored there, so we are just going to make that the main home.  It
makes our build and test processes simpler.

Also, if we put it on Github, everyone will start to say "why not move to
Git?".  We officially hate Git  ;-)
