[reportlab-users] Death of bitbucket repository

Because Bitbucket is moving away from mercurial we are moving the repositories to

the original repos will remain until Bitbucket exits from mercurial sometime next year, but the existing code there will 
be made unusable using a warning print and sys.exit(-1).

I'm sorry to do this, but we have little choice.
