[reportlab-users] pdf/x1a with ReportLab

Hi Andy,

Thanks very much  for your feedback and suggestions.

The printer came back to me today and said they'd found a workaround -
opening the pdf in Corel Draw and then publishing to pdf gave them a format
that their plotter is happy with.

As to your suggestions:
Colours are already set to CMYK, with a spot colour for the cutting lines
for the plotter.
I am indeed using the Helvetica font - will try embedding a TT font in
future.
