[reportlab-users] Crash on debug builds of python 3.4.3

I don't think it's anything under than some misunderstanding about modules in 
the new era

I see the error if I just do

from reportlab.lib import _rl_accel
exit()

so it's probably something I'm doing wrong with the module dict or the new 
support stuff (ie state) which I'm not doing in the other main extension 
_renderPM which doesn't show the same behaviour.
