[reportlab-users] Does reportlab support "watermarks"

I had this in a previous thread, but it didn't solicit a response (I
apologize if I am being hasty-but I felt it best to start a new thread for
a new question anyways).

I've read in several places that postscript supports a watermark that is
for "print only" and one that is for "screen only".  Does reportlab support
this?

I also have read http://pl.digipedia.org/usenet/thread/16092/2163/ but I am
not sure if that is relevant anymore - can anyone advise?
