We don't archive the created PDFs, but the code for the build software is part
of the repository. I believe the latest version of the 2.3 branch is here

https://svn.reportlab.com/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/public/reportlab/branches/ReportLab_2_3_1/docs/

effectively you should be able to checkout that code into a folder somewhere and
run the genall.py script (assuming that python/reportlab 2.3 is available).
