[reportlab-users] CJK <br/> handling

Can you try the attached version of the paragraph.py module to see if it 
behaves properly for your application. I have been through the original 
code and have tried to fix up the loop structure a bit.

I tried a couple of experiments and it seems to break all right for me 
with the <br/> and I don't get extra space.
