OK, fine.

About compiling fribidi and pyfribidi: On Ubuntu both have binary
versions in the official repositories, so that shouldn't be a problem.
As for windows, I tried compiling fribidi on it in the past, and it
wasn't so simple. If I recall correctly, I succeeded eventually using
the mingw tools.
