Yes, if people are disciplined. But most real-world project trackers
grow in length forever, and create differences of opinion.
Our position is about the same as it has been for 4-5 years: sadly we
don't have the time we would like to work on the open source code, or to
fiddle around setting up better community mechanisms. And the evidence
suggests that even if we did set up better mechanisms, we'd still get no
long term volunteers to help work on the code, trackers or
documentation. But there are very few bugs and we try to fix all
reported bugs promptly. I hope it's still good value for money ;-)
