[reportlab-users] Fix for traditional chinese

Hello,

I believe the encoding associated with traditional chinese font is 
incorrect, here is the bit of code that works for me:

in reportlab/pdfbase/_cidfontdata.py, line 133, in defaultUnitcodeEncodings, 
use:
'MSung-Light': ('cht', 'UniCNS-UCS2-H'),

(in 2.0 UniGB-UCS2-H is assumed, as for simplified chinese)
