The problem is that "all" is a moving target.  The Unicode consortium is
continuously adding new glyphs.

The Microsoft font "Arial Unicode" (arialuni.ttf) is 23 megabytes and
contains 39,000 glyphs.  That's the most complete TrueType font I know.
