In the Table creation you can add a keyword argument
  repeatRows=nnn

to indicate that the first nnn rows should repat after splits.

I think this is a bug in our underlining code. I will have a go at fixing things 
so we use the current fill color (ie what we fill the characters with). No 
guarantees on time though.
