..... I'm not very alert today as I have a terrible flu, but I suspect 
things like keepWithNext need some care eq it's fairly silly to have 
keepWithNext=1 on every style unless you put stuff in between which has 
keepWithnext=0. Otherwise you get one long story which is supposed to 
fit on one page. The spacer tag may be used to interrupt each set of 
things.
