You could try getting ghostscript, converting the files to ps, and then use 
psmerge.

You don't say what platform your are on - Linux, Mac or Windows?  Ghostscipt 
exists for all platforms, but I have no idea about psmerge.  It should be 
available on Linux and Mac, and it may be available under Windows (possibly 
using Cygwin).
