PLEASE, Jody, when you are replying to a digest message, PLEASE do not
quote the entire digest message in your reply. This last message from
you consisted of one line of new text, with a 5-line signature, and a
500-line quote of the last digest. Ironically enough, one of the
message in THAT digest was ANOTHER message from you, quoting an earlier
digest. Also, PLEASE make sure to cut-and-paste the subject line of the
one message you are replying to.
The price we pay for the convenience of the digest is that it takes more
work to do a proper reply.
One might also ask whether it is really necessary to post "thanks"
messages to the whole list, rather than to the individual, but we'll
leave that for another day.
