Hi Don,

Nice new band panel - very attractive!

As I said i would, I have been exercising the sliders and the resource  
"USA.dat".  It seems an old bug has resurfaced.  The problem is that  
some modes do not generate the correct CAT codes.  These include: PKT- 
L, PKT-H, PKT-FM, FSK-R and CW-R.  When used in the band plan they  
generate CAT code MD02, which is USB.  This was the case in V4 until  
4.4.3b11 and was repaired in b14 (probably in b12, but I missed that  
one).  I have attached the mail messages we exchanged at the time.
