Thank you all for helping with the V5 Radio Driver testing.

There are very few reported problems left in V5 B 40, but there are  
some issues which also exist in V4, these will be addressed shortly.

One change in V5 is the Mode Popup, If you select a mode that is not  
bolded in the menu (not available on your radio) it will choose an  
appropriate and available mode for the radio. (These may need some  
modifications for each radio, since all 70+ drivers are different, so  
let me know if the available alternates it chooses doesn't make sense)
