[DogParkList] MacLoggerDX V5 for Cocoa stop bits

Beta 27 has a fix for stop bits, some radios (like the FT-1000MP)  
require this to be set correctly.
In the console debug log stop bits display as 0,1,2 corresponding to  
1, 1.5 and 2 stop bits.
