[DogParkList] MacLogger v5 not on 10.4?

Hello,

I thought I give MacLogger v5 beta a try, but it states my OSX is not 
suited! Maybe I did miss something but is that final not supporting 
OS 10.4? I won't upgrade my notebook, as several applications will 
not work on 10.5.
