There was a bug introduced in v4.1.1 where if you did not display the  
Bands Panel before you did an ADIF export or displayed the QSO  
details in the Labels Panel OUT_OF_BAND would display instead of the  
correct band.

This has been fixed in v4.1.2b3 ...
