Subject: [SSPC-Choir] Gospel Sing Along and Concert

I forgot to mention this tonight at choir, but I wanted you all to know. 
This is a reminder of the upcoming Gospel Sing on Saturday, August 29th, 
at 7:00pm.

The Gospel Sing will take place at Dover Shores Baptist Church...located 
at 551 Gaston Foster Road, just South of Lake Underhill Drive and North 
of Curryford Road.

I hope everyone will participate in the Mass Volunteer Choir which 
rehearses at 5:30pm. The choir will be singing songs referring to the 
"Name of Jesus."

Groups performing include:  Christy Jantzen...from Parker, Colorado. 
Christy is a young and very talented singer who comes from a church that 
averages over 3,000 in their worship services.  Delivered...from Lake 
City, Florida.  This group is on the rise and has that incredible blend 
that is appreciated in Southern Gospel music circles.  Delivered will 
also be in concert on Sunday night at Dover Shores Baptist Church for 
the entire service (6:30pm).  And finally, Gordon Jensen...from 
Nashville, Tennessee.  You know him as the songwriter of "Redemption 
Draweth Nigh" and "Written In Red," along with several other songs. 
Gordon will bless your heart through his singing and storytelling.

The Gospel Sing is free.  A love offering will be received for these 
groups.  They will also have CD's and product on display.

I hope you will be available on August 29th, at 7:00pm, at Dover Shores

I plan to be at the St. Stephen Presbyterian Church parking lot at 
5:00pm for anyone who wants to car pool. I will be singing in the choir 
and I hope you will all join me! Oon't be worried about learning the 
music, because the choir typical ranges from 40 to 60 voices with strong 
singers to lead the sections. Hope to see you there!
