Yup, thanks. I created a target that copies `scripts/scons.py` to `scons`,
which is invoked as `scons copyto`:

    Command('scons', [], Copy('$TARGET', 'scripts/scons.py'))
    Alias('copyto', 'scons')

Now how to parse `/path/to/project` param to `copyto`?
