Sorry I forget Ubuntu 16.04 when answering. I suspect the ldc and gdc packages
in there may be problematic, it may be too old to use the standard packages
and get good tests execution.

Is this Travis-CI? If so then tomorrow I could take a look at the problem and
see if I can quickly find a solution.
