[Scons-dev] Release 2.5.0

Hi all,

I'm currently busy with my work, so no progress on stubprocess integration.
I think I'll be busy with that for at least a week more, so do not wait for
it now if you want to make 2.5 happen straight away.

Sorry for keeping you hanging :(
