[Scons-dev] SCons 2.5.0 Released

I think I've resolved the issue.
I built a wheel and uploaded both that and the sdist to pypi.

I bumped the version string to 2.5.0-1 which shows up on pypi as
SCons 2.5.0.post1

Please give it a try. It seems to work for me.
