[Scons-dev] scons-python3 bootstrap.py broken

Attempting to run via bootstrap.py:

SyntaxError: invalid syntax

Something is rewriting Main.py.  If I manually fix it, then re-run 
bootstrap.py Main.py gets re-written with syntax errors.
