[Scons-dev] Show source SConscript on error

Hi,

I was looking at this build log (see also below)
https://ci.appveyor.com/project/YauhenMinsk/rhvoice/build/1.0.8
and noticed that there is no way to tell whan SConsript complains
about missing target. Do we have this info at all? If yes, why it is
not shown by default?
