[Scons-dev] Review scons.org/guidelines.php

Bill,

I like the feed in the new SCons prototype.  I think allowing user's to get
easier access to basic information is important, and that showing activity
will help draw attention to the project.  Both of which are good things!

It could use some colours though ;)
