Dirk,

The theme is based on bootstrap.
Here's my fork of it.  I'm working on cleaning up a bit and removing some
parts we don't need.

I'd like to get the bulk of the content into the repo and get the cross
links working before paying a lot of attention to navigation and colors and
such.
