Anatoly,
The decision to migrate from moin had been made.
Further comments will not change that fact.
We have neither the time, resources, or inclination to host a wiki on our
own hardware, and the free hosting we have is who keeps taking it offline
when the load gets too high. (Beggar's can't be choosers)
So you can help with updating any content on the bitbucket wiki if you
choose.
