William,

Trying MarkdownPP to handle inline pages.
Needs lots of edits to get it working but it seems to be getting there.
For now please don't touch the releaseHowTo to avoid conflicting edits.

Yes. Lots of old, obsolete info in here. Previously it was a nightmare to
edit with all the inline's..
Greg Noel must've been better able to deal with this than I as he created
it initially.
He clearly denormalized the whole set of documents.
