[Scons-dev] SCons Wiki Status

[William Blevins]

Updated SCons/Home to the previous FrontPage~!

Also, updated all direct links off the home page to be formatted nicely:
fixed links, tables, code blocks, etc.  Good start at least:
https://bitbucket.org/scons/scons/wiki/Home

Didn't touch WikiUpgrade.  Figured I would leave that for the powers that
be.
