[Scons-dev] Updated work in progress SCons.org

Hi,

I ran a dead link check (http://www.deadlinkchecker.com <http://www.deadlinkchecker.com/>). There are a bunch of it.
Also, some pages of scons.org/new <http://scons.org/new> refer to scons.org/ <http://scons.org/> so there are probably absolute url too (a big part of those dead links comes from scons.org/docversions.php <http://scons.org/docversions.php> and scons.org/doc/* <http://scons.org/doc/*> )
