[Scons-dev] PR #124 - configurable test runner for unittests

Hi guys,

I'd like to merge this -
https://bitbucket.org/scons/scons/pull-request/124/new-configurable-test-runner-for-unittests/
- to continue with moving our test framework from QMTest/ to
testing/framework/ (because there is no QMTest for a long time
anymore).

If you could do this this weekend - that would be awesome.
