Not as yet. There would have been but I found some unexpected test fails
on OSX Mavericks, and indeed one on Debian Sid. As soon as I have the
full test clear of any problems directly associated with the D tooling
on these two platforms, I'll create a pull request

(If this were Git, I would rebase to create a nice changeset, but as it
is Mercurial we will have the proper immutable history :-)
