Copy(), not Install().

Please, concentrate on Copy() and its copy_function as defined in
Defaults.py. Leave the Install()/CopyAs/CopyTo Tools as they are...there
shouldn't be a need to change any of Action()'s, Builder()'s or
Executor()'s interface.
