Which revision are we talking about, current tip of "default"? Are these 
errors related to your question about TestSCons.where_is()?

ad "Docbook": What kind of support for XSLT processing do you have 
installed on this machine, xsltproc (command-line) or one of the 
libxml2/lxml Python bindings?

Can you post the error messages (STDOUT/STDERR)?
