[Scons-dev] Built-in clean for SyncTeX

Dear developers,

Could you please add a BUILT-IN cleaner for SyncTeX target files produced
by LaTeX. The command 'pdflatex -synctex=1 myfile.tex' generates a
'myfile.synctex.gz' which is not removed when one uses the 'scons -c'
command, contrary to all the other target files ('myfile.pdf',
'myfile.aux', 'myfile.toc', etc.) This way we don't need to put a
'Clean(pdf, Glob('*.synctex.gz'))' line in every 'SConstruct' file.
