[Scons-dev] Python 2 / Python 3 debate

Am in a rush at the minute so haven't time to read and respond to
Anatoly's thought out cases, they need and deserve proper reading and
responding to which I'll try and do later this coming week.

I did though want to quickly chip in that we could consider being a bit
dictatorial and saying that all SCons scripts are seen as enforcing
print as function and absolute imports using the __future__ stuff for
Python 2.7. Breaking but feasible.
