Hi Russel,

If you're not going to make excerpts and recomendations specific to SCons
code it will be better to you collect those links on Python wiki. Such as
here - http://wiki.python.org/moin/PortingPythonToPy3k - it would be nice
to remove duplication to make the texts concise and also provide some
prospects about code compatibility with Python 2.4

According to this page http://www.scons.org/doc/HTML/scons-man.html 2.4 is
still supported, and some features required for 2.x code to be forward
compatible with Py3k were added in 2.6 - 2.7 only.
