[Scons-dev] cloning the repository produces a very odd file

My apologies, it's in the 'src' directory, and is this:
os_spawnv_fix.diff 2.4 KB 2006-04-15 Fix line endings on DOS files that want CRLF preserved.
It's on the main repository at well.

What's the file name?
